How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please send us an email at info@pmubeautyshop.com

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date and if 7 days have passed since your delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it in.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@pmubeautyshop.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How long does shipping take?

We always aim to ship out your package ASAP. It usually takes 1-2 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 2–4 business days; Worldwide:10-20 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on all U.S orders over $100. If under that amount, standard and expedited shipping is based off current USPS rates.
